Membership Cancellation Request Form & Survey
We understand that schedules can change, and we’re happy to help with adjustments whenever possible.
As per the terms of service you agreed to upon your enrollment:
To cancel ongoing lessons, please submit this form by the 15th of the month prior to your intended cancellation date.
This allows us enough time to adjust schedules and offer the lesson time to other students.
If notice is received after the 15th, the following month’s tuition will still be processed, as your lesson time has already been reserved. Tuition is non-refundable once billed.
Please note that notifying your teacher directly or sending a text message does not count as official notice — all cancellations must be submitted via email to ensure they are properly recorded.
